The PLUS! coalition is an industry umbrella group established to devise a Rights Managed licensing matrix primarily for online use by libraries and stock photographers. Originally formed to counter the market appeal of Royalty Free licensing models, PLUS! have now expanded their aims to include the creation of a copyright registry.
