Mammal Society rights grab photo comp

Another "irrevocable in perpetuity etc etc" set of Terms & Conditions, which they justify by saying that its "in consideration of (us) providing the competition" so we feel perfectly justified in taking your pictures!

They clearly haven't thought this one through, as rule 5 shows:

5. ....... It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that any images they submit have been taken with the permission of the subject .......

As the subject of the comp is 'Mammals in the Spring', it could get a bit tricky obtaining pawprints on a model release for the more shy creatures.
